The San Clemente Inn, located on the bluffs of the Pacific Ocean, is one of Southern California’s premiere timeshare properties. ATC has been instrumental in the design and coordination of a Boundary and Record of Survey on the 5.6 acres property; compaction grouting design parameters and construction documents for the releveling of the slabs on the first floor units; and structural design parameters for a specialty tieback retaining wall to improve slope stability.
