ATC considers the Viejas Factory Outlet Stores development to be one of its prized projects. When we began our relationship with the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians in the early 1990’s the entire development consisted of a small, barely known casino. Over the years, ATC has had the distinct pleasure of being involved in the evolution from that small casino to one of Southern California’s premiere Indian Gaming Facilities. As the gaming business grew Viejas began a master plan that would eventually transform the area into a top rate destination. The first attraction was the Viejas Factory Outlet Stores development. ATC served as the projects construction/field engineers overseeing and implementing the quality control program which included construction testing and deputy inspection operations.
